The Fighter Eleven+ V4 is no ordinary electric scooter. With twin motors of 1,600 W each, it reaches a top speed of 85 km/h. It is powered by a 60 V Samsung battery with a capacity of 35 Ah, giving an impressive maximum range of up to 120 km. This makes it one of the most powerful scooters on the market.
Robust construction.
The Eleven+ V4 model lives up to its name and can handle the toughest challenges. It can easily handle slopes of up to 30° thanks to its adjustable hydraulic shock absorbers. The scooter's aluminum alloy and steel construction gives it a sturdy weight of 36kg but it can carry up to 150kg.
Innovative puncture-proof technology.
The Teverun Fighter Eleven+ V4 is equipped with 11-inch tubeless tires with built-in puncture protection. The inner layer of the tire is treated with a special slime that effectively repairs minor damage, reducing the risk of punctures.
Smart technology and safety features.
This model differs from the simpler models through its advanced technology. Using a smartphone app, users can customize the scooter's lighting, monitor the battery's cell capacity and make other adjustments. A 4 inch TFT display offers a more advanced user experience compared to standard displays.

Electric scooter
An electric scooter is considered a bicycle if it has a maximum speed of 20 km/h and a motor with a maximum of 250 W. However, it is important to note that the limit applies to the continuous (nominal) power – which means that the electric scooter may temporarily have a higher so-called peak power, for example up to 1000 W, as long as the nominal power does not exceed 250 W.
If the electric scooter exceeds 20 km/h in speed or has a motor with a nominal power of more than 250 W, other rules apply. The next classification is Moped class II and then Moped class IThere are technical requirements, such as braking systems, that must be met for an electric scooter to be classified as a moped.
Essentially, if it reaches up to 25 km/h it is considered Moped class II, while if the speed exceeds 40 km/h and the motor is stronger than 250 W, it is classified as Moped class I. For Moped class I, an AM driving license is required, the vehicle must be registered, and a helmet must be worn. Moped class II requires a driver's license and mandatory use of a helmet. If the electric scooter does not meet the requirements for a bicycle, Moped class I or II, it may not to be used on public roads.
Electric bike
For the requirements to apply to an electric bicycle, the motor must be limited to 250 W nominal (continuous) power and only assist pedaling up to 25 km/hThis means that the engine can temporarily deliver a higher so-called peak power, for example up to 1000 W, as long as the nominal power does not exceed 250 W. The electric bike must also be pedaled for the motor to work – it must not be able to drive on its own without the user's pedaling power.
Deviation from these requirements results in the vehicle being classified as moped, which entails other technical requirements, registration requirements, driving license and insurance.
We strongly recommend the use of a helmet, especially if the driver is under 15 years old, although it is not mandatory.
