Do you offer open purchase?

Yes, we offer a full right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your item. Here are the details on how open purchase works:

Conditions for open purchase

Right of withdrawal: You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Product condition: In order to return a product and receive a full refund, the following requirements must be met:

  • The product should be unused.
  • Any possible labels will remain seated.
  • Accessories that was included with the purchase must be sent with it.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.

Do I have to pay for the return shipping?

Accessories & spare parts: Fixed cost of 89 SEK

Electric scooters & electric bicycles: SEK 699–4999 depending on weight and volume. You will always be informed of the return cost for electric vehicles before anything is sent back.

How do I get my refund after my return?

Returning a product and getting a refund should be a simple process. Here's what you can expect when you return an item to us:

Step 1: Return confirmation

Once your return has been received and inspected by us, we will send you a return confirmation email. This email will state the approved refund amount, minus any return shipping fee.

Example of repayment calculation

Purchase price: If you have purchased a product for 299 SEK and the return fee is 89 SEK, your refund amount will be 210 SEK.

Step 2: Processing the refund

Timeframe for treatment: The refund is normally processed within 1-3 business days after we have your returned order.

Refund method: The amount will be automatically credited back to the credit card or payment method used for the original purchase.

If your return is not approved

Damage or wear: If your return is not approved due to wear, damage, or other issues that affect its resale value, we will notify you via email.

Handling of damaged goods: Depending on the nature of the damage, we may make a deduction from your refund to cover the decrease in value or, in some cases, return the product to you if it cannot be accepted as a return.
