Product description

Extreme power, range and control in a rugged shell.

The Leaperkim Veteran Sherman-L 50S is no ordinary electric unicycle – it's a machine built for experienced riders who demand the absolute best. With a top speed of up to 90 km/h under load (130 km/h idle), a range of up to 160 km and a monstrous engine output of 3200W (with 8000W peak power), the Sherman-L is designed to dominate both road and off-road. This is the ultimate choice for those who want raw power, high safety and long-distance performance in one and the same electric vehicle.

Maximum performance for extreme conditions.

With a 4000Wh battery capacity of 151.2V, the Sherman-L takes the concept of long range to a new level. The powerful Samsung 50S battery cell supports fast charging up to 20A and gives you between 140-160 km of real mileage – depending on driving style and terrain. This means you can drive all day without even having to think about the next charge.

The engine package impresses with 3200W nominal power and a torque of a whopping 170Nm. This means that you not only accelerate quickly, but also manage slopes of up to 45° without losing power. Whether climbing a steep mountain or driving in city traffic with full packs, the Sherman-L delivers consistent performance.

Advanced suspension for total control.

The Leaperkim Veteran Sherman-L 50S is equipped with the proven Fastace hydraulic fork suspension, with a full 90 mm of adjustable travel.

The suspension is preloadable with adjustment of both compression (12 clicks) and rebound (18 clicks), which gives you maximum adaptation regardless of whether you're driving on asphalt, gravel or technical trails.

World-class security.

Safety is at the center with the Sherman-L. It is designed to run even if the hall sensors fail, which means you can brake, accelerate and stop – even if something goes wrong with the engine's sensors. This is one of the biggest technical security breakthroughs in the EUC world.

Thanks to the built-in SmartBMS technology, you get monitoring at the cell level, which protects the battery against overcharging, short-circuiting and temperature deviations. With IPX6 rating, it resists rain and dirt, and with dual charging ports, you can choose to halve the charging time if needed (up to 20A).

Designed like a tank – literally.

The Leaperkim Veteran Sherman-L 50S is built like a tank – both literally and figuratively. The robust steel tube chassis acts as a roll cage and protects the heart of the unicycle even during hard impacts. The upgraded construction includes a wider mudguard and rubberized trolley handle for added comfort and durability.

The 20-inch off-road tire provides excellent grip on varied terrain, while the integrated display shows all the necessary information – such as speed, battery status, voltage and driving mode. With a weight of around 46.5 kg, the Sherman-L is heavy, but also incredibly stable and reliable at high speeds.

Packed with smart features.

The Leaperkim Veteran Sherman-L 50S is loaded with features that make the riding experience even better: blinkers, electric horn, USB port, app support for iOS and Android, cruise control and powerful dual front lights of 2500 lumens. Regardless of whether you drive during the day, evening or night, you can be seen and heard clearly - while you yourself have full control over your surroundings.

The package contains: Leaperkim Veteran Sherman-L 50S, charger, user manual and tool kit. A set of Large Power Pads is also included for extra comfort and control during acceleration and braking.

Laws & regulations

Electric scooter
An electric scooter is considered a bicycle if it has a maximum speed of 20 km/h and a motor with a maximum of 250 W. However, it is important to note that the limit applies to the continuous (nominal) power – which means that the electric scooter may temporarily have a higher so-called peak power, for example up to 1000 W, as long as the nominal power does not exceed 250 W.

If the electric scooter exceeds 20 km/h in speed or has a motor with a nominal power of more than 250 W, other rules apply. The next classification is Moped class II and then Moped class IThere are technical requirements, such as braking systems, that must be met for an electric scooter to be classified as a moped.

Essentially, if it reaches up to 25 km/h it is considered Moped class II, while if the speed exceeds 40 km/h and the motor is stronger than 250 W, it is classified as Moped class I. For Moped class I, an AM driving license is required, the vehicle must be registered, and a helmet must be worn. Moped class II requires a driver's license and mandatory use of a helmet. If the electric scooter does not meet the requirements for a bicycle, Moped class I or II, it may not to be used on public roads.

Electric bike
For the requirements to apply to an electric bicycle, the motor must be limited to 250 W nominal (continuous) power and only assist pedaling up to 25 km/hThis means that the engine can temporarily deliver a higher so-called peak power, for example up to 1000 W, as long as the nominal power does not exceed 250 W. The electric bike must also be pedaled for the motor to work – it must not be able to drive on its own without the user's pedaling power.

Deviation from these requirements results in the vehicle being classified as moped, which entails other technical requirements, registration requirements, driving license and insurance.

We strongly recommend the use of a helmet, especially if the driver is under 15 years old, although it is not mandatory.

Read our blog posts for more information about the rules that apply to electric scooters and electric bicycles.
