VARUN S26‑1 – adventure without limits
The VARUN S26‑1 is a robust and capable electric bike built to take you further than you thought possible. With a powerful 500 W motor and 85 Nm of torque, it can handle inclines of up to 35°, and together with a removable 48V 18Ah battery, it provides a range of up to 150 km in pedal-assist mode. The full suspension for the front and rear and hefty 26″ tires help to absorb bumps on and off the road – no matter where your adventure takes you.
Performance & range in perfect harmony
In pedal assist mode you can reach a full 150 km, and in pure electric or cruise control mode you can get up to 70 km on a single charge. The battery is easily removable, making it convenient to charge indoors, and the charging time is 4-6 hours. It is protected by a BMS (Battery Management System) that helps preserve lifespan and protects against overcharging.
Strength against hills and challenges
The 750W brushless motor provides consistent and reliable power from start to finish, while 85Nm of torque allows the bike to master steep conditions. With three power modes (riding modes), you can tailor the assistance precisely to the terrain and your needs.
Control in all modes with 7 gears
The Shimano 7-speed drivetrain lets you choose the right gear for both smooth transport and powerful acceleration. The gears operate smoothly and give you the freedom to adapt the power input to the slope and speed - perfect for mountain climbing or free cycling along the country road.
Comfort and cushioning that makes a difference
With a full suspension design – shock absorbers front and rear – vibrations and impacts from the road surface are reduced. This makes both city driving and off-road adventures more comfortable. The 26″ tire size provides a stable platform and together with generously treaded tires you can handle both asphalt and gravel.
Security and control when you need it
The bike is equipped with two disc brakes – one at the front and one at the rear – that provide reliable stopping power even in wet conditions. The clear LCD display shows speed, battery status and selected riding mode, giving you full control during your ride.

Electric scooter
An electric scooter is considered a bicycle if it has a maximum speed of 20 km/h and a motor with a maximum of 250 W. However, it is important to note that the limit applies to the continuous (nominal) power – which means that the electric scooter may temporarily have a higher so-called peak power, for example up to 1000 W, as long as the nominal power does not exceed 250 W.
If the electric scooter exceeds 20 km/h in speed or has a motor with a nominal power of more than 250 W, other rules apply. The next classification is Moped class II and then Moped class IThere are technical requirements, such as braking systems, that must be met for an electric scooter to be classified as a moped.
Essentially, if it reaches up to 25 km/h it is considered Moped class II, while if the speed exceeds 40 km/h and the motor is stronger than 250 W, it is classified as Moped class I. For Moped class I, an AM driving license is required, the vehicle must be registered, and a helmet must be worn. Moped class II requires a driver's license and mandatory use of a helmet. If the electric scooter does not meet the requirements for a bicycle, Moped class I or II, it may not to be used on public roads.
Electric bike
For the requirements to apply to an electric bicycle, the motor must be limited to 250 W nominal (continuous) power and only assist pedaling up to 25 km/hThis means that the engine can temporarily deliver a higher so-called peak power, for example up to 1000 W, as long as the nominal power does not exceed 250 W. The electric bike must also be pedaled for the motor to work – it must not be able to drive on its own without the user's pedaling power.
Deviation from these requirements results in the vehicle being classified as moped, which entails other technical requirements, registration requirements, driving license and insurance.
We strongly recommend the use of a helmet, especially if the driver is under 15 years old, although it is not mandatory.
