Product description

Smooth freedom on two wheels – the InMotion E20 is your first electric bike.

Are you looking for a smooth and beginner-friendly way to discover the world of e-scooters? Then the InMotion E20 is the perfect choice. With its unique dual-deck design, low weight and smart features, the E20 is designed to give you an easy and safe start – whether you’re commuting around town or just having fun in the park. It’s easy to learn, easy to transport and fun to ride. Welcome to a whole new level of personal freedom!

Learn in just 3 minutes.

The E20 is designed with beginners in mind. Thanks to InMotion's proprietary self-balancing technology, which stabilizes both the front and back, you can feel confident from the first try. No need for complicated settings or lengthy training - lean forward to accelerate, backward to brake, and stand still to balance. It's that simple.

Double wheels for extra stability.

Unlike traditional electric bikes, the InMotion E20 has a unique dual wheel in a single wheel housing. This not only provides extra stability and balance, but also makes it easier to maintain control over uneven surfaces. This design reduces the risk of losing balance, making the E20 an ideal companion for both children and adults.

Compact, lightweight and foldable.

Weighing just 13.5kg and featuring a clever foldable design, the E20 is easy to carry – whether you’re taking it in the car, on the train or storing it at home. Its compact dimensions mean it can easily fit into tight spaces, perfect for modern living where space and flexibility are essential.

Comfortable 14” air-filled tires.

Forget about bumpy rides – the E20’s 14-inch air-filled tires provide a smoother and more comfortable ride than traditional solid wheels. With a 38% larger wheel diameter than the average unicycle, you’ll get over curbs, gravel roads and smaller obstacles with ease.

Smart app and integrated speaker.

With the included app, you can easily adjust acceleration, braking response, balance angle and more. You can also unlock more features and get real-time information about battery, riding mode and range. And why not play your favorite music directly from the built-in Bluetooth speaker as you glide through town?

Three driving modes for all ages.

Whether you're brand new to e-bikes or just getting the hang of it, you can adjust the speed to suit your experience. The E20 offers three riding modes: Beginner (7 km/h), Normal (15 km/h) and Sport (20 km/h). A perfect way to grow your riding without compromising on safety.

Built for safety and security.

The InMotion E20 has over 20 built-in safety features – from drop protection to self-tests and overheating protection. With an IPX5 rating, it’s also protected against rain and dust, making it a safe choice even in varying weather conditions. Front, rear and side lights also give you good visibility at night.

An electric bike for the whole family.

The E20 is not only a great beginner device for adults – it’s also a great choice for children and teenagers. With a recommended body height of 110–200 cm and a maximum weight of 100 kg, it’s suitable for most people. The stable ride and customizable settings make it perfect for shared outings and adventures.

Personalize your style with interchangeable decals.

Want to stand out a little? With over 850 cm² of surface area on each side, you have plenty of space to decorate your E20 with stickers and decals. Create your own style – from cute to futuristic – and let your personality shine on the road.

Laws & regulations

Electric scooter
An electric scooter is considered a bicycle if it has a maximum speed of 20 km/h and a motor with a maximum of 250 W. However, it is important to note that the limit applies to the continuous (nominal) power – which means that the electric scooter may temporarily have a higher so-called peak power, for example up to 1000 W, as long as the nominal power does not exceed 250 W.

If the electric scooter exceeds 20 km/h in speed or has a motor with a nominal power of more than 250 W, other rules apply. The next classification is Moped class II and then Moped class IThere are technical requirements, such as braking systems, that must be met for an electric scooter to be classified as a moped.

Essentially, if it reaches up to 25 km/h it is considered Moped class II, while if the speed exceeds 40 km/h and the motor is stronger than 250 W, it is classified as Moped class I. For Moped class I, an AM driving license is required, the vehicle must be registered, and a helmet must be worn. Moped class II requires a driver's license and mandatory use of a helmet. If the electric scooter does not meet the requirements for a bicycle, Moped class I or II, it may not to be used on public roads.

Electric bike
For the requirements to apply to an electric bicycle, the motor must be limited to 250 W nominal (continuous) power and only assist pedaling up to 25 km/hThis means that the engine can temporarily deliver a higher so-called peak power, for example up to 1000 W, as long as the nominal power does not exceed 250 W. The electric bike must also be pedaled for the motor to work – it must not be able to drive on its own without the user's pedaling power.

Deviation from these requirements results in the vehicle being classified as moped, which entails other technical requirements, registration requirements, driving license and insurance.

We strongly recommend the use of a helmet, especially if the driver is under 15 years old, although it is not mandatory.
