The HX X9 Pro Max is a top class premium electric scooter - designed for those who want both power, range and comfort in a flexible format. It delivers a top speed of 25 km/h (the speed limiter can be removed to reach up to 40 km/h) and with its powerful battery it can handle an impressive range of up to 100 km. The large 10-inch tires provide stability and comfort even on longer trips.
Portable battery with Swap function
With the HX X9 Pro Max, you don't have to carry the entire scooter home to charge. Thanks to the smart Swap function, you can easily remove the battery and charge it at home or in the office. Want to drive even further? Bring an extra battery and change in seconds – freedom becomes total.
Powerful performance
The scooter is equipped with a strong motor of 550W nominal power and a whopping 1100W in maximum power, which gives proper power in both acceleration and uphills. Together with the battery's capacity, you get up to 100 km of range on one charge - perfect for commuting, everyday trips and longer excursions. Automatic cruise control is easily activated by holding down the gas for 5 seconds.
Smooth display
A clear LED screen gives you full control of speed, battery level and driving mode. You easily switch between walking, Eco, normal and sport mode with the push of a button. Double-pressing the start button turns on the headlights and gets you ready for a safe journey even in the dark.
Safety first
The HX X9 Pro Max is built with a double disc brake system that provides short braking distances and extra safety. The air-filled 10-inch tires absorb bumps in the road and the rear light flashes when braking so that your fellow drivers can clearly see you. Helmet is always recommended for safe driving.

Electric scooter
An electric scooter is considered a bicycle if it has a maximum speed of 20 km/h and a motor with a maximum of 250 W. However, it is important to note that the limit applies to the continuous (nominal) power – which means that the electric scooter may temporarily have a higher so-called peak power, for example up to 1000 W, as long as the nominal power does not exceed 250 W.
If the electric scooter exceeds 20 km/h in speed or has a motor with a nominal power of more than 250 W, other rules apply. The next classification is Moped class II and then Moped class IThere are technical requirements, such as braking systems, that must be met for an electric scooter to be classified as a moped.
Essentially, if it reaches up to 25 km/h it is considered Moped class II, while if the speed exceeds 40 km/h and the motor is stronger than 250 W, it is classified as Moped class I. For Moped class I, an AM driving license is required, the vehicle must be registered, and a helmet must be worn. Moped class II requires a driver's license and mandatory use of a helmet. If the electric scooter does not meet the requirements for a bicycle, Moped class I or II, it may not to be used on public roads.
Electric bike
For the requirements to apply to an electric bicycle, the motor must be limited to 250 W nominal (continuous) power and only assist pedaling up to 25 km/hThis means that the engine can temporarily deliver a higher so-called peak power, for example up to 1000 W, as long as the nominal power does not exceed 250 W. The electric bike must also be pedaled for the motor to work – it must not be able to drive on its own without the user's pedaling power.
Deviation from these requirements results in the vehicle being classified as moped, which entails other technical requirements, registration requirements, driving license and insurance.
We strongly recommend the use of a helmet, especially if the driver is under 15 years old, although it is not mandatory.
