Product description
Product description
ROVORON S7 for extreme performance and long range.
The ROVORON S7 is a high-performance electric scooter for those seeking power, range and advanced technology in a robust format. The model comes from ROVORON, a brand within the Minimotors ecosystem, and combines an 84V drivetrain with dual motors, hydraulic brakes and intelligent app control. Nominal motor output is 5000W split as 2500W per motor, while peak power reaches up to 7600W. Together with an 84V 37.1Ah Samsung battery and up to 140 km of stated range, the ROVORON S7 is built for riders who want a powerful electric scooter for longer and more demanding riding.
Dual motors with up to 7600W output.
The ROVORON S7 uses two powerful hub motors that together deliver 5000W of nominal output and up to 7600W of peak power. The high 84V architecture contributes to fast response and efficient power delivery when you accelerate or ride on steep sections. The stated maximum speed is up to 100 km/h in unlocked mode on private land where such riding is permitted. At the same time, the model has a speed limiter set to 25 km/h. Climbing ability is stated at approximately 37 degrees, making this electric scooter particularly suited to riders who demand power even when the terrain becomes more challenging.
84V 37.1Ah Samsung battery with up to 140 km range.
The large 84V 37.1Ah battery uses Samsung 21700 cells and is dimensioned for both high output and longer distances. Under favourable conditions, range is stated at up to 140 km, making the ROVORON S7 an electric scooter with long battery life for longer rides and intensive use. Actual range is affected by speed, riding mode, rider weight, temperature, terrain and tyre pressure, among other things. Charging time is stated at around 9 hours with standard charging. Dual charging ports also allow for a more flexible charging solution when compatible chargers are used.
EY4 LCD display with Bluetooth and the Minimotors app.
The ROVORON S7 is fitted with a modern EY4 LCD display that gathers important riding information directly in front of you. On the screen you can follow speed, battery level, distance covered, remaining range and various system indicators, among other things. Bluetooth connectivity means the electric scooter can be paired with the Minimotors app for iOS and Android. Through the app you can access further settings and customise features such as the integrated RGB lighting. The system also supports Bluetooth-based keyless unlocking, making everyday use smoother without having to handle a traditional ignition key.
RGB lighting and a powerful 30W headlight.
Visibility is an important part of the ROVORON S7's equipment. At the front sits a 30W LED headlight that provides a clear beam when riding in the dark. At the rear there is a brake light, and the model is also fitted with indicators. Beyond the functional lighting, this electric scooter has customisable RGB ambient lighting along the stem and chassis, among other areas. Colours and light effects can be controlled through the app, making it possible to give the ROVORON S7 a more personal look while improving visibility in darker conditions.
Four-piston hydraulic brakes with E-ABS.
High motor output demands a braking system that matches the performance. The ROVORON S7 is fitted with hydraulic disc brakes front and rear with four-piston callipers. The system is complemented by electronic E-ABS, which helps reduce the risk of wheel lock-up during heavier braking. The combination gives a more controlled and predictable braking feel, particularly at higher speeds or when the surface varies. For those seeking a powerful electric scooter with advanced braking technology, this setup provides a better ability to modulate braking force and adapt stopping to the situation.
Adjustable front and rear suspension for better control.
The ROVORON S7 uses suspension both front and rear with interchangeable cartridges. The construction makes it possible to tailor the riding characteristics to the rider and the surface, which is especially valuable on a heavy and powerful electric scooter. The suspension helps absorb impacts from uneven tarmac, expansion joints and more demanding stretches of road. The model is also fitted with a steering damper, which contributes to a calmer and more stable steering feel. Together, the suspension, steering damper and robust chassis create a platform developed to give better control as speed and load increase.
11-inch tubeless tyres for stable grip.
The large 11-inch tubeless tyres give the ROVORON S7 a wide contact patch and contribute to stability during both acceleration and braking. Tubeless construction reduces the need for traditional inner tubes and suits a performance-oriented electric scooter where comfort and road contact matter. The tyre size also helps roll over smaller bumps more smoothly than smaller wheels. The combination of large tyres, advanced suspension and a long chassis gives the ROVORON S7 a stable feel even during longer riding sessions.
Foldable construction with reinforced aluminium components.
Despite its high performance, the ROVORON S7 has a foldable construction. The folding mechanism uses reinforced aluminium components and several safety locks to create a stable connection between stem and chassis. Unfolded, the electric scooter measures approximately 1280 x 640 x 1350 mm and weighs around 49.7 kg. The recommended maximum rider weight is 120 kg. The model also has a reinforced kickstand, hook and a robust footboard. The IPX5 rating provides protection against water jets and splashes, but the electric scooter should not be regarded as fully waterproof.
Advanced features for a more complete riding experience.
The ROVORON S7 offers three riding modes that make it possible to adapt performance to the riding situation and desired energy consumption. Cruise control can reduce the need for constant throttle input over longer distances, while the electric horn helps you alert those around you. App connectivity, Bluetooth unlocking and customisable ambient lighting reinforce the technical package. The combination of these features makes the ROVORON S7 particularly interesting for riders seeking more than just high motor output, who want an electric scooter with both smart functions and comprehensive equipment.
Check the rules before riding on public roads.
The ROVORON S7 has considerably higher motor output and design speed than normally applies to an ordinary electric scooter. A speed limit of 25 km/h does not automatically mean the model may be ridden as a conventional electric scooter on public roads. The vehicle's legal classification can affect requirements for registration, insurance, licensing and area of use. Always check the current regulations before riding on public roads. Full performance and unlocked speed should only be used on private land or where such riding is expressly permitted.
Choose the ROVORON S7 for power, range and premium technology.
The ROVORON S7 combines 7600W peak motor output, an 84V 37.1Ah Samsung battery and up to 140 km of stated range with equipment including four-piston hydraulic brakes, E-ABS, adjustable suspension and 11-inch tubeless tyres. Add the EY4 display, Bluetooth, the Minimotors app, keyless unlocking, a steering damper and customisable RGB lighting, and you get an uncompromising electric scooter for those who prioritise advanced technology and high performance. Order the ROVORON S7 from Wheelyshop and choose an electric vehicle built for long distances, powerful acceleration and high control.

Laws & rules
Laws & rules
Electric scooters (e-scooters)
Rules for e-scooters are not fully harmonised across the EU – each member state sets its own requirements. In most EU countries, e-scooters are limited to a top speed of 20–25 km/h for use on public roads, and some countries also require type approval, insurance or a minimum age. Models that exceed the national limits – for example with higher top speeds or stronger motors – may generally only be used on private property. Always check the current rules with the national transport authority in your country before riding on public roads.
Electric bikes (pedelecs)
Across the EU, an electric bike is treated as a regular bicycle if the motor has a maximum continuous rated power of 250 W, only assists while you pedal, and cuts out at 25 km/h (EU Regulation 168/2013 and EN 15194). Such pedelecs require no registration, licence or insurance. The motor may temporarily deliver a higher peak output, as long as the continuous rated power does not exceed 250 W.
Faster or more powerful models (such as speed pedelecs with assistance up to 45 km/h) are classified as mopeds (category L1e-B) and are subject to type approval, registration, insurance, helmet and licence requirements that vary by country. Models that do not meet these requirements may only be used on private property.
We strongly recommend wearing a helmet, even where it is not mandatory.
